Every function in the Musket Cellar runs one of two ways. Pick the one that fits your group and we will shape the rest around it.
One long table, everyone seated together, shared platters and Flame Hill estate-grown wine opened at the table. This is the format our guests write to us about afterwards. It suits groups who want to talk, eat well and settle in for the afternoon.
For bigger groups the room opens up around a buffet, with seating for everyone and space to move between tables. The relaxed choice for larger celebrations and company gatherings.

A ceremony on the hill and a long lunch in the cellar, with the vineyard as the backdrop. Suits weddings of 15 to 50 seated, or up to 75 buffet style.
Our biggest days have been birthdays. A long table, a cake and the whole afternoon to enjoy it, with the team looking after the room so the host gets to be a guest.
A long lunch for the team, a client thank-you or the end-of-year party, run in the daytime so people get home at a sensible hour. Tell us the date and headcount and we will shape it from there.
Groups touring the hinterland pair a brewery stop with wine and local cheese at Flame Hill. Our cheese has come from the same local cheesemaker since 2013, which the tour operators tell us almost nobody else up here can say.
We have never had a long table lunch come back with a complaint. Guests email us afterwards to say how good it was.
The room does a lot of the work. The Musket Cellar is a private space with the hinterland views, and a long table brings the whole group into one conversation.
Jenna and the team run the day, so the host gets to be a guest. Flame Hill estate-grown wines are opened at the table, and the food is paddock to plate, with grass-fed Angus beef from our own farm and much of the produce from our kitchen garden.
A few things that help us give you a straight answer.

No set packages. Every event is quoted on what you actually want. The form below asks about the occasion, the date, your numbers, the style and the budget you are working to, so we can suggest what fits rather than send a generic list.
Add-ons. Tell us about anything extra you have pictured, from a welcome drink on arrival to cheese boards or a night in one of our cottages, and we will include it.
